Professor
Nagib is a highly experienced surgical oncologist and general surgeon with over
36 years of expertise in diagnosing and treating both benign and malignant
tumors. His areas of specialization include the digestive tract, soft tissues,
endocrine glands, skin, and head and neck. He holds a diploma from St. Joseph
University of Lebanon and the Gustave Roussy Institute of France, and is a
fellow of the European Board of Surgery.
As an
Emeritus professor of Surgical Oncology at Beirut St. Joseph University and a
professor of surgery at Balamand University, Dr. Geahchan has treated thousands
of cancer patients and is dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest
developments in Oncology and Surgery. He has also taught surgical oncology,
biostatistics, basic oncology, and epidemiology in several Lebanese
universities.
Dr.
Geahchan’s contributions to the field of surgery extend beyond his clinical
practice and teaching. He has presided twice over the Lebanese Society for
General Surgery, is the vice president of the Mediterranean Northern and
Southern Association of Mastology (MANOSMED), and has authored more than 20
scientific papers.
